Hereford race to third straight league title

FC eased to their third league title in as many years last night as a 1-0 win at Town gave The Bulls an unassailable eight point lead at the top of the South Premier table.
Rob Purdie's first half penalty was the only goal of the game and gave Hereford their 33rd victory in what has been another stellar season for Peter Beadle's side.
After the victory last night Beadle told BBC Hereford & Worcester, “It's a proud day
“We have had one of the most outstanding seasons that this club could ever have had, or will have in the future.
“We have always set our standards high. We prepare as best we can and we take excuses away. I believe in my staff and have as good a staff as you can get.
“We recruit extremely well; there are not many players we have brought that have not worked out. We motivate and we set standards and if people drop below them then you either leave the club or don't play.”
were founded ahead of the 2015-16 season to take the place of the recently disbanded Hereford United. The Bulls have now raced to the Midland League, Evo-Stik Division One South & West and Evo-Stik South Premier Division titles in consecutive years. They will take their place in Step Two next season, hoping to continue their remarkable success.
