Concord Rangers

National League South play-off chasers Concord Rangers have this morning set off for Cornwall after they were controversially ordered to replay their encounter with Truro City.
The clash two weekends ago at Treyew Road was stopped after Truro midfielder Michael Herve fractured his humerous and couldn’t be moved from the pitch.
The visitors led 1-0 when the incident happened 15 minutes from time and a three-hour delay to an ambulance arriving meant the referee abandoned the match because there was no security available at the ground after 6pm.
Concord now have to make the 600-mile round-trip all again this evening.
The clash has potentially huge consequences at both ends of the National League South table with Concord sitting in 10th, three points adrift from the play-off positions, while the White Tigers are hovering precariously just above the drop zone on goal difference.
