Former Billericay Town owner Glenn Tamplin is the new owner and manager of BetVictor Isthmian League Romford.
The multi-millionaire businessman, pictured, was introduced to the club's fans on Tuesday afternoon by Romford chairman Steve Gardner in a club statement before later confirming he was taking over as manager too on Twitter.

Tamplin has agreed to invest in Romford's short and long-term future, including finding a new home with the club currently ground-sharing at Brentwood.
The 47-year-old steel company owner made his name in Non-League during three whirlwind years at National League South Billericay Town before selling up and walking away in September.
Tamplin told The Non-League Paper on Sunday that he was itching to get back into football after being linked with Chelmsford City and a number of other clubs in recent weeks. Clarets owner John Holmes refuted claims that they were up for sale in the same article.
On a day of high drama at the Isthmian League North club, manager Paul Martin and bis number two Mark Lord left within hours of Tamplin's arrival.
A statement on the club's website read: “As of lunchtime Tuesday, Romford FC have parted company with manager Paul Martin, Mark Lord and the backroom team.
“It was felt with the new investment coming into the club it was the right time for a fresh start.
“It would be difficult to put in words the impact and legacy that Magic and Lordy have had on the club, and were well respected and liked not just in our club but across the Non-League world.
“We appreciate this is a lot of information for supporters to take in at the moment, but ask that you bear with us during this transition.
“A new management team of four people have been put in place who have access to players at higher levels, including league two. Some of those players will be available for Saturday's home game against Coggeshall.
“I am sure supporters will have their own words of thanks, but on a personal note I have enjoyed working with them both, over their long tenure at the club.”
Tamplin confirmed the news that he was Romford's new owner when he updated his Twitter bio, his updated entry reading: “Owner of Romford FC, helps those less fortunate and building a community club along with a new stadium.”
He also updated his cover photo to show an American baseball jersey with the words “Back In The Game”.
