FIRST-TIMERS: Bury AFC are one of only two cup debutants

EIGHTY clubs are competing for the opportunity to face a Step 1 National League side in the next round of the FA Cup.
Among them are 13 clubs that started their 2022-23 campaign in the extra preliminary round. Seven of those are from Step 5 – the highest number of clubs from that level in this round for five years.
