FELL FALLS FOUL OF THE REDS CHOP

WORKINGTON AFC have parted company with manager Mark Fell and his assistant Graham Lancashire with the club battling relegation from the NPL Premier.
Fell’s departure follows last Saturday’s 1-0defeat by Leek Town which left the Reds 17th in the table, three points clear of the drop zone.
A club statement read: “It has been a difficult decision for all parties to make and certainly not one anybody envisaged taking at this stage of the season.
“The club’s absolute number one priority is maintaining our Step 3 status.”
