EVERGREEN Jon Challinor has already tasted one slice of Seniors World Cup glory – and now he’s hungry to do it all over again.
The 44-year-old Stamford midfielder was part of the England squad that triumphed in the annual tournament in Thailand last year, making it a remarkable seven successes for the Three Lions.
It is an Over-40s tournament, but with certain rules – of the outfield players, only three between 40-44 can be on the field of play, four between 45-49 and, at all times, there must be three Over-50s.
