Third-placed side can get the easier run

WHAT a great article from Chris Dunlavy around the National League play-offs (NLP June 22).
Personally, I think the current system is okay but I would change one thing. At present, the team coming second could play the team finishing fourth in the semi-final (they play the winner of fourth v seventh).
The team finishing third could play the team coming sixth (they play the winner of fifth v sixth). Therefore, I propose the team finishing second plays the lowest ranked winner of the two Eliminators.
Last season, second placed York played a higher finisher in the semi than Forest Gree...
