■FOUR goals in seven second-half minutes saw Arlesey Town canter through the first stage of the FA Cup with a 5-1 win at Kempston Rovers.
Alie Bangura’s deflected effort got the ball rolling nine minutes into the second half with Lamin Bangura’s leathered finish from a throw doubling the advantage.
Jordan Brown then helped himself to a simple three-minute brace to kill the contest and Arlesey saved the best for last, Alie Bangura slaloming through four challenges before unselfishly finding Ezinna Odimgbe to dink in the fifth.
