FIVE-STAR SILKMEN CONTINUE TO SHINE

THERE’S just no holding Caernarfon Town at the moment as they consolidated their lead at the top of the JD Cymru Premier table with a 5-2 win at Flint Town United.
The Silkmen took the lead with a Jake Canavan goal after only four minutes and then hit back to level at 2-2 after Paulo Mendes and Zach Clarke put the Cofis on the front foot.
Seven minutes after the re-start Iwan Lewis edged the visitors ahead once again and then Mendes grabbed his second. Adam Davies, with his sixth goal of the season, then rounding things off in the 78th minute.
