ASHFORD TN (MX) 2 TILBURY 1

■ ASHFORD came back from a disastrous start to grab a deserved win.
Tilbury were ahead after a mere 12 seconds through Phil Roberts, but Ashford steadily grew in to the game.
The first half, though, belonged to Tilbury who had chances to extend their lead.
The hosts created some opportunities as half-time approached, with Cameron Rohart-Brown causing trouble down the left, but they just couldn’t convert.
From the restart the Tangerines imposed themselves, and when Ethan Hellyer won a penalty in the 75th minute, Jack French stepped up to convert. More Ashford...
