COMEBACK KINGS RALLY AS ROMFORD ARE STUNNED

KINGS Langley edged a thriller with a late comeback after Isthmian Division One side Romford had stunned them by taking a near-interval lead with a two-goal burst.
The combination of Christian Adu Gyamfi and L’Heureux Menga had troubled the home defence from the off and the former powered home a header, while the latter repeated the feat from another cross six minutes later. Kings were handed a lifeline when Edu ended a goalmouth scrimmage by poking in a rebound on the cusp of half-time to put them back in the game.
