Bury AFC earned a replay after a solid performance against their higher-level hosts with winger Connor Comber levelling the scores after Max Cane had put Clitheroe in front.
The Step 5 visitors had come close to opening the scoring as early as the second minute, Harry Brazel losing his marker from Chris Rowney’s corner, the midfielder heading his close-range effort over.
