MILDENHALL TOWN got the better of Isthmian League North Division rivals Wroxham in a disappointingly drab cup tie at a sunny Riverside Stadium.
It was the hosts who took the lead midway through the first half, Callum Anderson finishing off a good flowing move.
Chances came and went throughout the opening period, but there were no more goals.
The entertainment deteriorated after the break, with Mildenhall well organised across the park and Wroxham struggling to string together coherent passages of play.
