The Emirates FA Cup returns to screens nationwide, with Non-League clubs once again set to take centre stage.

The FA has confirmed the dates, times, and live TV selections for the second round, with eight ties to be shown live on TNT Sports and two also available via the BBC.

Gateshead are one of the non-league sides picked for coverage as they will be taking on Walsall in front of the TV cameras, as well as Carlisle United after their miraculous comeback against Reading in the previous round.

Saturday 6 December

How much do Non-League clubs earn from live broadcasts?

Non-League sides selected for live TV coverage will receive an additional £60,000, on top of the usual FA Cup prize money for winning or losing their tie – £79,500 for the winners and £21,200 for the losing sides.

What about the other Non-League sides?

With seven Non-League sides featured in live coverage, the remaining lower-tier clubs – Chelmsford City, Weston-super-Mare, Buxton, and Wealdstone – all kick off on Saturday 6 December, including an all-National League South clash as the Clarets take on the Seagulls.
