BISHOP’S CLEEVE 0 LARKHALL 1

■BISHOP’S Cleeve’s second-half fightback wasn’t enough to overcome Cory Simpson’s 44th minute goal for Larkhall.
Simpson converted from close range after a whipped back-post cross.
Cleeve were much improved in the second half with substitute Ben Hands making chances and Joe Bates and Elliot Kennedy not allowing the Larkhall defence any time.
The visitors took a quick free-kick from the halfway line which was tipped onto the crossbar before Paul Ireland’s header was blocked on the line late on, with the game limited to one goal.
