SPENNYMOOR Town overcame Cleethorpes Town to progress into the next round.
Goals from Ryan Hall and Andrew Johnson were enough for the visitors despite a stoppage-time strike from Cleethorpes substitute Luke Mascall.
Hall opened the scoring after 35 minutes, although the home side felt there was a handball in the build-up.
Spennymoor almost doubled their lead when forward Graeme Armstrong had his header cleared off the line.
The visitors finally sealed the game when substitute Johnson fired into the corner to double their lead.
