MOSES EMMANUEL enjoyed a happy homecoming as the former Woking striker scored in a convincing victory.
Emmanuel, who spent three seasons with the Cards from 2009, netted a 50th-minute opener before Jake Hyde came off the bench to seal the result a minute from time as Woking were knocked out of their second cup competition in five days after FA Cup defeat by Peterborough in midweek.
Maidenhead started brightly, and Christian Smith’s 20-yard free-kick was superbly saved by debutant Joe Wollacott.
