POOLE faced Isthmian League leaders Dorking Wanderers and came unstuck in the cup.
Poole had an excellent opening 15 minutes, with Richard Gillespie opening the scoring when put through by Jamie Whisken.
Callum Brooks saw a couple of chances go just wide. Slavomir Huk then pulled off a great save from Jake Srcimshaw’s shot.
