CARSHALTON march on in the FA Trophy as two Jacob Mendy goals settled this one.
The first-half started evenly but Casuals striker James Ewington’s saw a shot blocked off target by one of his teammates on 28 minutes.
Jerson dos Santos burst clean through for the home side two minutes later but, after rounding keeper Elgi Fejzo, he frustratingly shot into the sidenetting.
