City leave it late to defeat Hawks

JUBILANT Chelmsford knocked in a late winner in the last minute of added time to sneak past Havant & Waterlooville in front of a small crowd of 386 at a freezing and windy Melbourne Park.
The home side took the lead on 16 minutes. Chris Whelpdale saw his long throw cleared by Danny Kedwell but the ball fell to Billy Knott who netted with a screaming volley that gave keeper Ross Warner no chance.
