ALTHOUGH it was only a semi-final, Bognor Regis Town 4 Godalming Town 4 in the 2011-12
Ryman South play-offs, with Bognor winning on penalties, was one of the most remarkable games I’ve witnessed.
More memorable than the promotion for the Rocks that followed a few days later.
It’s sad to see Godalming languishing so low at Step 6. I hope that they can return to the Isthmian fold very soon.
