FAVERSHAM Town knocked out higher league Leatherhead after edging an end-to-end second half.
The game sprung to life ten minutes after the break, following a forgettable first 45 minutes.
Lively Sam Bewick fired home from the edge of the box to open the scoring for the Lilywhites. Leatherhead failed to clear a cross from Benedict Bioletti on the right and Eddie Alsopp teed up Bewick to shoot.
The visitors equalised in an open second half after 72 minutes when Isaac Ogundere headed home unmarked in the six-yard box. Ogundere was lucky to escape...
