STOWMARKET Town justified their joint-favourites tag in with a resounding win against Stansted to ease into the last 32.
The Eastern League Premier Division leaders, who were instilled as 4/1 shots to go all the way to lift silverware at Wembley in May, ran out comfortable winners at Greens Meadow.
Matt Blake opened the scoring for Stow on nine minutes, the striker applying the finishing touches after Josh Mayhew had headed on Robbie Sweeney’s corner towards goal.
