AN HEROIC goalkeeping displaying by Jake Viney was not enough to stop Tavistock from progressing from a captivating Friday night tie at Fairfax Park.
Viney pulled off two brilliant fingertip saves from Josh Robins and Lewis Dan – as the visitors bossed the opening exchanges in search of a killer second goal.
Bridgwater enjoyed their best spell of the game after the restart. Sam Towler skewed a header wide from Jack Taylor’s cross, then Tom Watson was required to make his first save of note from Mike Duffy’s well controlled side-footed effor...
