DAVENTRY Town dominated much of this rearranged FA Vase tie and created far more opportunities than their United Counties Premier South rivals, March Town United, but went through to the fifth round thanks to only a solitary goal.
After a shaky start, visitors Daventry took control and created the better chances.
Will Jones fired well over from 25 yards in a 12th-minute attack.
Following sustained pressure, a long throw by Callum Burgess found Jones whose header on target was saved by keeper Jonah Gill for a corner after 25 minutes.
