Ten-men Cables hit back in style

TEN-MAN Prescot Cables produced a stunning fightback to down Chasetown.
Cables almost broke the deadlock in the seventh minute, Ryan Wynter clearing a James Edgar shot off the line. Goalkeeper Curtis Pond then denied Edgar with a low save.
The Scholars took the lead in the 27th minute. Liam Kirton helped the ball onto leading goalscorer Tom Hill, who lobbed in a superb strike.
Cables levelled three minutes into the second half. Edgar drove into the box and Baba Conte slid home.
