UNITED OPT FOR BROOKS

CALLUM Brooks - son of former AFC Bournemouth favourite Shaun - has been named as the new manager of Wessex Premier side Portland United.
The former Dorchester Town, New Milton and Hamworthy United boss, who had been part of the Wimborne Town management team since December, fills the void left by Brendan King, who quit in April after two seasons.
Brooks said: “I’m very proud to be appointed manager of Portland United.
“It’s evident some great work has taken place on and off the field over recent years and I look forward to being part of that continuing journey.&rdquo...
