STAVELEY Miners Welfare are in the money big-time - to the tune of a substantial six-figure sum - having been awarded grant aid towards the start of a major expansion of their facilities at Inkersall Road.
Grants from the FA, the Premier League and Football Foundation will help fund the installation of a floodlit 3G artificial grass pitch at the Northern Counties East Premier Division club, along with new pitch-side fencing and a walkway.
