PERCY Main Amateurs say the club have withdrawn their resignation from the Northern Football Alliance.

Just under a fortnight ago, the Tyne and Wear based club had announced they were set to fold and had submitted notice of their resignation to the league.
Now, however, they have confirmed that they are set to continue in the Step 7 Premier Division for 2021/22
A statement read: “It’s been an extremely hectic period but suffice to say that the interest in the club was astounding (or maybe perhaps not) and there is what looks to be a very bright and exciting future ahead.”
