Stuart Keir named as new manager at Cammell Laird

Keir, who previously held managerial positions at fellow North West Counties League outfits Litherland Remyca and AFC Liverpool, fills the gap left by the resignation of Phil Burton at the end of last year.

STUART Keir is the new manager of Cammell Laird 1907.

“It is a club rich with tradition that I am proud to be part of” Keir said. “The hard work starts now.”

Lee Atherton, chairman of the Division One South outfit, said: “Stuart’s record of identifying, promoting and developing young players was a major factor in him becoming new manager.”
