UPBEAT Tony Reid admitted the ‘potential and ambition’ of East Grinstead Town was key in his decision to return to the dugout at Step 4.
Reid led former club Westfield to the Combined Counties League title in 2018 and the Isthmian South Central play-offs the following season. After four years in charge, he resigned last April and has spent the past 12 months watching games at a variety of level to update his ‘little black book’.
