BASFORD United manager Steve Chettle has thanked his players for their loyalty after a fresh wave of wage cuts.
Income across the Pyramid has been decimated by the Covid-19 pandemic, forcing every club to slash costs.
Despite the support of ambitious owner Chris Munroe, Basford are no exception, but Chettle has managed to re-sign almost every player from the squad that lay second in last season’s curtailed NPL Premier campaign.
