KIRKHAM IN AT CFC

STEPHEN Kirkham has been appointed manager of Eastwood CFC after quitting as joint boss of United Counties Premier North rivals Newark.
He replaces James Jepson who quit after only three games this season.
Kirkham led Newark from the Nottinghamshire Senior League into the East Midland Counties and up to Step 5.
Eastwood chairman Jamie Bennett said: “When I saw his application come in it was exciting. Over the recent years he has been involved in doing some great things at Newark.”
