Anderson punishes Ambers

TAHJAE Anderson’s goal just before half-time was enough to separate these sides in a dour encounter.
Cheshunt looked laboured in their passing and movement early on and Merstahm took full advantage to draw a save from Ambers keeper Charlie Taylor.
Both sides had penalty claims turned down and Ken Charles had a goal ruled out for offside seconds after the hosts’ spot-kick shout was rejected.
The Moatsiders then had a shot cleared off the line by Tom Gardiner with Taylor stranded.
