WELLING UNITED owner Mark Goldberg admits he is having to be patient to get the man he wants to replace departed duo Steve Lovell and Tristan Lewis.
The pair stepped down from the National League South strugglers following last weekend’s FA Cup exit to Step 3 Harrow Borough.
Goldberg says the Wings are operating with the lowest budget since he’s been at the club’s helm but thinks they can still compete.
And he says the potential new manager is right to ponder his final decision before fully committing to the Kent outfit.
