BISHOP’S Stortford continued their promotion push with a thumping win over struggling East Thurrock.
The Blues have scored nine goals in the last two games and completed a league double over the Rocks.
After a cagey first half an hour, Mark Haines broke the deadlock with a header into the top corner from a Jonny Giles corner, the first time the hosts were able to build any pressure in the game.
