FIRST-HALF goals from the league’s leading marksman Jimmy Wild and defender Curtis Da Costa extended Chichester’s unbeaten run to nine games.
The game ebbed and flowed throughout as the sides traded chances.
Wingate’s Ogo Obi flashed one wide of the post five minutes in, and at the other end Wild elected to try and play fellow forward Ethan Prichard in when he might have taken the shot.
