■NORTH Shields suffered an FA Vase hangover as they conceded five first half goals on their way to a 6-2drubbing at home to title hopefuls Shildon. Adam Lennox scored a first half hat-trick for the Railwaymen, Billy Greulich-Smith with a brace and Ashton Houlahan also on target. Leaders Redcar Athletic won 3-1at Birtley Town, experienced frontman Adam Boyes, Oscar Fletcher and Curtis Round on target for the Seasiders. Craig Moody put Crook Town one-up at Blyth Town, who levelled through Joe Gibson.
Kendal Town came back from three down at the break to draw 3-3with West Auckland...
