■ SECOND-HALF strikes from Brodie Montague and Billy Hopcroft saw Barnstaple Town leap-frog visitors Buckland Athletic into fourth in the table.
With the top three sides not in league action, attention shifted to the battle between fourth and fifth and it took until after the break for Montague’s header to break the dead-lock. Tommy Rogers’ brilliant pass then set up Hopcroft to complete a 2-0victory.
