CARSHALTON Athletic kept their play-off hopes alive as they routed a hapless Bowers & Pitsea.
Fabio Saraiva opened the scoring in the eighth minute, executing a wonderful 40-yard volley into an empty net after Bowers goalkeeper Joe Whitney had travelled a long way to only half-clear a ball over the top.
