FIRST-HALF goals from George Scales and Renei Batloka ensured relegated Bowers & Pitsea secured back-to-back wins and clean sheets for the first time this season in a comfortable victory over Potters Bar Town.
Neither side were able to fully take control of the first 20 minutes until Luca Albon’s long range strike that was tipped wide by Luke Mewitt, and sparked Bowers into life.
And from the resulting corner, the hosts took the lead. Albon’s corner was punched off his line by Mewitt, but Bowers captain Luke Reeve...
