PAUL Small and Paul O’Hare have been given the joint managers’ job at Colney Heath on a permanent basis.
The duo started the season as under 23 coaches but were asked to take the reins of the Spartan South Midlands League Premier side on an interim basis after Matt Day left the Recreation Ground in March after two years in charge.
