POSITIVE boss Danny Edwards wants his Uxbridge underdogs to embrace the challenge of their Step 3 bow next season – just as they’ve done this term at the lower level.
After finishing second in Isthmian South Central, the Reds beat Kingstonian 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in the play-off semis and then edged out Hanworth Villa 2-1 in last Sunday’s final with goals from Ada Okorogheye and George Moore in front of a bumper crowd of 1,535.
