AMATEUR clubs could be put off from joining the National League System if the boundaries between leagues continue to move.
That’s the view of new North West Counties League (NWCFL) chairman Chris Stirrup, prompting him to put reorganisation at the top of his to-do list after succeeding Paul Lawler this summer.
