YATE Town and Gosport Borough shared the points in a game the home side might have felt they could have taken all three from.
Yate applied early pressure on the Gosport goal with Rex Mannings shooting straight at Ryan Hall in the visitors’ goal.
But after 15 minutes a long throw from Ben Greenwood was half cleared and fell in space to Trevor Caborn who hammered home from eight yards to give Gosport the lead.
