TWO goals from debutant Chris Conn-Clarke helped Carlisle United hold off a second-half fightback from Boston United as they secured their spot in the FA Cup first round in a seven-goal thriller.
The Cumbrians raced into a three-goal lead in the opening 16 minutes.
The opener came in the sixth minute thanks to David Ajiboye’s first goal for the club as he found the bottom corner with a neat left-footed finish.
