DES’S DAYS ARE OVER AT EAGLES

KEIGHLEY Town are looking for a new manager after Des Hazel resigned with the Eagles bottom of the Northern Counties East Premier Division following an 11-match losing streak, writes ROBIN JONES.
Hazel – a former Saint Kitts and Nevis international, who has worked as head of youth development at FC Halifax Town – had been appointed in May.
Formerly known as Eccleshill Unted prior to their move to Keighley, the Eagles bowed out of this year’s FA Cup and FA Vase at the first hurdle.
