BEN STREVENS is convinced keeper Joe McDonnell will get even better – and the Eastleigh boss couldn’t be happier it will be with them.

The 26-year-old has signed a contract extension to keep him at the Spitfires until the end of the 2022-23 season.
It comes on the back of an impressive campaign where Strevens’ side kept their best ever National League of 16 clean sheets.
