DEAN GETS THE PERFECT FAREWELL FOR SAINTS

CAPTAIN Gaz Dean waved a fond farewell to the Brackley Town faithful – and helped earn Andy Whing his first win as Saints manager.
Fans’ favourite Dean announced this week he is to hang up his boots at the end of the season after making 439 appearances for the Saints.
And he was given the perfect send-off by the St James’ Park crowd as he walked off to a standing ovation.
