Debutant Jamie Miley’s 96th-minute strike snatched a deserved point for Hartlepool United in a hard-fought draw with improving strugglers Braintree Town in the National League.
The former Newcastle United man only joined up with his new teammates earlier this week but immediately repaid the faith manager Lennie Lawrence had shown in him by bringing him to the club with a well-taken goal in the seventh minute of time added on.
